Website Designing:

• 1st time newly registered member user(s) get website designing service on our portal. We carry rights on its technical maintenance. Interruptions due to technical error during upload or hosting of website does not lead to a legal action.
• The content available on website is non-transferable on any other server since website data is template based and is functional through our centralized database of the site.
• For website development, our associates will follow-up with user member through calls/emails for images, content & material. Upon failing to respond on our 2nd reminder follow-up call/email will lead to termination of website designing services.

Website Hosting:

• Upon completion of website development, we share a temporary link to the registered member user. User is responsible to verify all the contents & information added on the site and within 5 days provide feedback if any modifications are required or confirmation if it is good to go live.
• In case of not receiving any response within 5 days timeline from the user, we will consider it as an approval to host the site on our portal.

Membership Validity:

Payment & Refund Policy:

• All payments need to be made in favor of the company name Ramko World Trade Limited only or through our online payment gateway available on website to avail our paid services. To initiate an uninterrupted paid annual membership, 100% advance payment needs to be made. Partial payments will not be considered for subscribing our membership or initiation of our services.
• We do not authorize any individual or organization to collect payments on other name except Ramko World Trade Limited for availing paid services. Refund Policy:

-Once a user member has subscribed to our annual membership, the payment made towards the same is not refundable fully or partially under any circumstances. No claims on refund would be entertained. 

-Change of preference during the initiation or on-going process, cannot serve as a reason to claim any refunds fully or partially.
